"Extremely helpful, professional and prompt. Ayesha from the team has been extremely professional, helpful and prompt in helping me as a first time renter. Would fully recommend."

"From Germany to Cardiff via London! Just moved to Cardiff for a new position, and was looking for a place very quickly to settle down for the job mainly, and was really very lucky that I went through all the process with Flathomes which was just great! The level of professionalism, care and friendliness during the all the process was just outstanding. Firstly big thanks to Gareth who was my first line of contact and who helped me part in the process to find my very first home in Cardiff. Samantha then took over for the referencing and from day one to the end this lady was just very helpful and reachable, and I was given sufficient feedback during the all process. In less than 3 days, everything was done for me! Light speed service to be honest. It was really a great experience and thanks you again. I will definitely recommend anyone to this Agency. Now I can just go to Cardiff Bay and definitely with the care of this world and have my well deserved pint with my fish & Chips!"

"Flat Homes, an agent with a difference. Flat Homes, an agent with a difference. Our recent experience could not have been better. From quickly finding us a suitable tenant, through to transferring the completed documentation and monies due….Samantha and the team kept us informed throughout. Would we recommend Flat Homes?..Yes and have already done so. Until the next time.Thanks."

They manage their properties expertly and with due diligence. It is reassuring to rent a property with FlatHomes. To be a Gold Winner at the British Property Awards was well deserved."
