What is the process for renewing my tenancy agreement?
If you are on a Fixed Term Occupational Contract, we will contact you approximately two to three months before your current tenancy agreement ends. If you wish to renew, we will prepare a new agreement for your review and signature, ensuring a seamless continuation of your tenancy.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent payments are typically made via direct bank transfer. Full bank details will be provided in your tenancy agreement. Please ensure payments are made on time to avoid any charges.
What happens to my security deposit?
Your security deposit will be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme within 30 days of receipt, as required by law. At the end of your tenancy, the deposit will be returned, subject to the property being left in good condition and all rent paid.
