Utility Emergencies

For issues with your main utility supplies, please contact the relevant service directly. These numbers are for emergencies related to the supply network, not internal property issues (which should be reported to FlatHomes).

• Gas Leaks / Gas Emergency Service: If you smell gas, immediately open windows, turn off your gas supply at the meter, evacuate the property, and call:

• Electricity Supply Failure: If you have no electricity and your neighbours also have no power, it might be a network issue. Check your electricity bill for your local network operator's emergency number. National Grid Outages can be searched here

• Water Supply Issues / Burst Water Main: If you have no water, low pressure, or see a burst pipe in the street, contact your water provider. Check your water bill for their emergency contact details.
