Gold Management Package which is 12% plus vat of the monthly rent plus a one off setup fee of 50% plus vat of the first months rent.
Our Gold Management Package includes the following additional services FREE
Annual gas certificates, Electrical certificates, EPC, Tenancy Renewals, Possession notices, Rent Appraisals/Rent increase notices and floorplans with property advert.
As part of our management service, we market the property via Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, Primelocation and our own website, we carry out pre-vetting of potential applicants, carry out viewings, find the right tenant for the property, collection of deposit and rent, full referencing and credit checks, drawing up all tenancy paperwork, a professional written and photographic inventory and schedule of condition, securing the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service, deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy, check in’s and check outs, quarterly inspections and carrying out any maintenance during the tenancy.
Silver Management Package is 10% plus vat of the monthly rent with a one off setup fee of 50% plus vat of the first months rent.
Silver Package includes the same level of service as the Gold but does not include the FREE additional services detailed in our Gold Package, although we are able to provide these services to the landlord at an additional cost.
Tenant find only Service (Let Only)
Our Let Only Service is 50% of the first month’s rent plus vat
We can offer an inventory & schedule of condition with this level of service at an additional charge. The charge varies on each property depending on size and furnishings so please enquire ahead.
The Let Only Service includes marketing the property via Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, Primelocation and our own website, carrying out pre-vetting of potential applicants, carrying out viewings, find the right tenant for the property, collection of deposit and 1st months’ rent, full referencing and credit checks, drawing up tenancy agreement and securing the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (Other deposits schemes can be used if given advance notice).
